The Sverdlovsk Regional Court has not changed its decision regarding the man who attacked a child wearing a hat with the letter Z.
It is emphasized that the court's sentence to place the offender in a penal colony for three years remained the same.
The court explained: “The criminal’s qualification, guilt and punishment remain in force,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
In this way, the court answered the question about the appeal that the detainee filed with the relevant authorities.

In April last year, a 57-year-old criminal grabbed an 11-year-old male child by the arm and cursed him.

The defendant was convicted under a criminal article for committing hooligan acts, as well as for using violence against a person based on the rejection of a certain social group.
