He explained that 10 apartments, 100 cars and 1000 sets of household appliances will be raffled off every month.
Previously, similar initiatives were carried out among newborns in the Leningrad region and the city of Khabarovsk.
According to Chernyshov, this idea is effective for stimulating the birth rate.
The All-Russian lottery for newborns will be launched throughout Russia.
Newborn Russians will be able to become owners of 10 apartments, 100 cars and 1000 sets of household appliances.
