The corresponding bill has been prepared for submission to the State Duma by a group of deputies, writes the Izvestia newspaper.
The authors of the initiative emphasize that many bloggers are engaged in educational activities without having the appropriate education.
The explanatory note to the bill states that by the end of 2023, the turnover of online schools reached 123 billion rubles.
Thus, if the document comes into force, bloggers without a license will lose the opportunity to sell courses and trainings to Russians.
Previously, it was reported that bloggers were to be banned from engaging in educational activities if they did not have a diploma.
