A criminal case has been opened against blogger Sergei Kosenko, who threw his two-month-old son into a snowdrift.
He is charged under two articles: failure to fulfill his responsibilities in raising a child and attempted infliction of grievous bodily harm.
Sergei Kosenko has been declared wanted in Russia, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs database on the website of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Law enforcement agencies stated that a case had been opened against him under two articles of the Russian Criminal Code.
In January, Kosenko threw his two-month-old son into a snowdrift. He then tried to prove that the video was of a doll.
However, the public condemned the blogger, which led to an investigation by law enforcement agencies.
Now Kosenko is wanted in Russia under two articles of the Russian Criminal Code.
