Vladislav Bakalchuk lost the appeal of his lawsuit.
Tatyana Kim's ex-husband asked to invalidate the transactions for the alienation of 24 legal entities in favor of RVB LLC.
According to data from the arbitration case file , Bakalchuk's claims were denied.
Bakalchuk, who owns 1% of the company, lost the lawsuit to transfer Wildberries assets to a company merged with Russ.
A similar decision on this case was made by the court on December 13. Bakalchuk's appeal was dismissed.
Bakalchuk and Kim created the Wildberries company in the early 2000s, where he owned 1% of the company.
In June, Wildberries announced a merger with outdoor advertising operator Russ to create a digital platform.
After the completion of the deal, Wildberries apparently received 65% of RVB LLC and Stinn LLC – 35%.
Bakalchuk insisted on the return of Wildberries assets, but lost the appeal of his claim in court.
