At the end of October, Russians will have a working Saturday in connection with the upcoming holiday of national unity.
This conclusion follows from the production calendar posted on the official website of the State Duma .
The long week will begin on October 28 and will last until November 2. Then Russians will have a well-deserved day off on Sunday, after which on November 4, Russian citizens will celebrate National Unity Day.
As specified, Saturday, November 2 will be a shortened working day.
The government took such measures to ensure uninterrupted spring holidays from April 28 to May 1.
It is noted that the Ministry of Labor has already decided on the schedule of days off and working days for next year.
So, Russians can expect New Year holidays from December 29 to January 8. And citizens will have two holidays in the spring: from May 1 to 4 and then from May 8 to 11.
New Year holidays 2025-2026 will take place from December 31 to January 8.
