From November 1, 2024, new laws will come into force in Russia that will affect bloggers, parking tariffs, bank transfers and the work of teachers.
The changes will affect both the daily lives of Russians and their finances.
Bloggers registry
Starting in November, bloggers with an audience of more than 10,000 people will be required to transfer data about themselves to Roskomnadzor.
Otherwise, they will be prohibited from posting ads, accepting donations, and their messages will not be reposted to channels.
Product labeling
Some products cannot be purchased without the "Honest Sign" label
From November 1, the sale of a number of goods without the “Honest Sign” marking will be prohibited.
The ban will apply to beer and other low-alcohol beverages in packages, skin antiseptics, dietary supplements, footwear, consumer goods, etc.
Bank transfers
Banks will not charge a commission for transfers in favor of the state via the SBP from November 1.
This concerns the payment of taxes, fines, fees for attending kindergartens, sections, and clubs.
Miners registry
In Russia, a special registry will be created for miners from November 1.
According to the rules of cryptocurrency mining, only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from the register will be able to engage in mining.
Individuals will be able to mine as long as they do not exceed electricity consumption limits.
Teachers
Teachers will have access to the chatbot "Rosobrnadzor Assistant" to discuss issues and receive consultations on documents.
The chatbot is planned to be launched in all regions of the Russian Federation from November 1.
Convicted pregnant women and single parents
Citizens sentenced to restricted freedom will be able to take advantage of a deferment.
From November 5, pregnant women and single parents sentenced to restricted freedom may receive a deferment.
Evacuation
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has revised the rules for the location of evacuation exits at facilities.
From November 1, innovations will need to be taken into account when designing and reconstructing facilities.
Customs inspection
Customs inspection materials will be available for review from November 14.
Materials can be copied and photographed after the application is submitted.
Parking Tariffs
From November 1, Moscow will test dynamic parking rates.
The cost of parking will range from 0 to 800 rubles per hour and will depend on the number of cars.
