The State Duma has proposed adopting a new bill.
The initiative concerns restrictions on gambling.
The relevant document is available in the database of the lower house of parliament.
According to the bill, an individual will have the right to refuse to participate in any gambling. A person will be able to demand that bookmakers and totalizators include their name in a special list.
This list will include individuals who voluntarily refuse to participate in gambling.
It is noted that persons on the list will not be able to purchase lottery tickets, place bets, and will also be excluded from receiving gambling advertisements.
By submitting an application, you can also refuse to visit casinos and slot machine halls. The minimum period of validity of this ban will be at least 4 months.
It is planned to entrust the maintenance of this list to the Unified Regulator of Gambling, which is a state-controlled organization.
