The case of the "marathon queen" is acquiring new details.
One of the witnesses questioned shared a revelation that the defendant in the case asked her employees to register as an individual entrepreneur.
This was reported by a RIA Novosti correspondent who was in the courtroom of the Savelovsky Court in Moscow.
Tatyana Ostapishina, who worked as a curator for the marathons organized by Blinovskaya, told how her former boss split up the business.
Orlenko, who organized the marathons themselves, asked her employees to open individual entrepreneurships. Individual entrepreneurship was necessary to receive funds.
At the same time, Ostapishina herself did practically nothing. All the documentation was prepared by Blinovskaya's accounting department, while the witness's task was only to transmit an electronic signature, as well as a login and password.
She stressed that she could not refuse the individual entrepreneurship, since otherwise she would have been fired.
