It has become known about the lawsuit that singer Alena Apina filed against the online cinema Wink.
The former vocalist of the group "Kombinatsia" demanded that the episode of the series in which the group's song was played be removed from access.
This information was confirmed to the TASS agency by the online platform’s press service.
Wink representatives noted that they had familiarized themselves with the performer’s demands and expressed their disagreement with the claim submitted by the Moscow City Court.
At the same time, the service assured that all episodes of the sensational series "The Word of a Boy. Blood on the Asphalt" are still available for viewing. They promise to report on further actions in connection with the singer's demands as events unfold.
It is noted that Wink expressed regret if Apina's claims are satisfied, since this will deprive some viewers of the opportunity to watch the series in its entirety.
At the same time, the agency contacted the press service of the online cinema Start, where the entire series is also available for viewing. This service noted that they did not receive a lawsuit from Apina demanding that the episode of the show be removed, where the song "Don't Forget" by Kombinatsiya is played.
