Lyubov Uspenskaya commented on the outcome of the legal proceedings with Philip Kirkorov.
The singer believes that in this confrontation, she won, and not the pop king of the Russian stage.
On her social media page, the artist called the court's decision fair.
The day before, a capital court ordered Kirkorov to pay 90 thousand rubles for insulting the queen of Russian chanson.
Initially, Uspenskaya was counting on a “royal” payment of 10 million rubles, but even this decision satisfied her.
The singer is pleased that Kirkorov’s honor and dignity were rated lower than hers.
“For me, it is of fundamental and significant importance that Kirkorov’s honor and dignity were rated lower than mine,” the singer shared.
Kirkorov won 70 thousand rubles from Uspenskaya in a similar lawsuit. The pop king also obtained a refutation of “defamatory information” about himself from his colleague.
It is noteworthy that Kirkorov also expected compensation in the millions, not tens of thousands.
