The head of the State Duma Committee for the Protection of the Family, Nina Ostanina, asked Vladimir Kolokoltsev to check on the singer Lolita.
She asked the Minister of Internal Affairs to organize an investigation into Lolita Milyavskaya’s actions for compliance with Russian legislation.
Ostanina called for an investigation to be carried out after the singer’s concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg, RIA Novosti writes.
The appeal, in particular, emphasizes that in July, at concerts, Lolita performed the song “Cadillac” by rapper Morgenstern* and the composition “Monologue” from the repertoire of Alla Pugacheva, who left the Russian Federation.
The author of the appeal believes that the video with a fragment of Lolita's provocative performance provoked the anger of Russians.
Ostanina added that the singer behaved inconsistently at concerts: she shouted at the audience and performed obscene songs.
The deputy believes that Lolita’s actions may contradict the basic principles of the Russian Federation’s state policy.
