He remains in serious condition in the intensive care unit of the neurology department of the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, RIA Novosti reports.

On Saturday, the medical facility reported that Livanov's condition remains serious.

Vasily Livanov was born on July 19, 1935 in Moscow.

His creative path began in 1950-1954 while studying at the Moscow Secondary Art School.

After graduating from this school, he entered the Shchukin Theatre School.

In 1959, Livanov made his film debut in the film "City at Dawn". This was followed by the leading role in the film "Unsent Letter".
