Sergey Shnurov spoke about his creative partnership with the young rap artist.
The rocker shared that Instasamka (real name – Daria Zoteeva) will not be a permanent soloist of Leningrad for now.
In an interview with TASS, the musician said that the collaboration with the artist was intended to record one album.
Shnurov added that the position of the soloist of "Leningrad" is currently vacant. This position can be taken by any woman, the rocker said.
As for Instasamka, the collaboration took place in an atmosphere of “playfulness and lightness.”
But Shnurov emphasized that initially neither he nor Daria thought about long-term joint creative work.
The artist shared that the track “No Money” from the new album was written back in the spring.
Then Shnurov thought about recording it together with Instasamka.
The rocker called Daria bright, bold and experimental.
When meeting her, all expectations were met and it was decided to start creating a joint composition, the frontman of Leningrad said.
