In a conversation with NEWS.ru, the parliamentarian called Khamatova “the ambassador of madness” of the former Russian bohemia.
The politician emphasized that the artist openly speaks about her hatred of her compatriots.
Tolmachev noted that the madness of the departed bohemia continues to progress. Khamatova is a kind of mouthpiece for this process.
The deputy pointed out that the actress has already said many bad things about the Russian Federation and its citizens: “She recommends a lobotomy, calls for a revolution, and calls returning to Russia ‘missionary work’.”
All these statements indicate the progression of madness among the ranks of the departed artists, the parliamentarian believes.
This process can explain Khamatova's proposal to lobotomize Russians.
Tolmachev noted that the creation and voicing of these “ideas” became part of the “crazy reality” of representatives of the former Russian bohemia.
