Actress Agata Muceniece has won a lawsuit against her ex-husband Pavel Priluchny to get her son back.
The Golovinsky Court determined that 11-year-old Timofey will live with his mother during the investigative examination.

Priluchny's lawyer, in turn, emphasized that their side is dissatisfied with the interim result. They believe that the trial should continue.
