A lawyer revealed the essence of the legal proceedings between Russian film stars.
It is claimed that Agata Muceniece and Pavel Priluchny are arguing not about children, but about money.
This statement was made by lawyer Alexander Khaminsky in a conversation with NEWS.ru.
According to him, alimony became a stumbling block between the spouses.
Khaminsky reported that Pavel has a higher income than Agatha.
The lawyer stated that Priluchny earns about 500–800 thousand rubles per day of filming.
Muceniece’s rate is lower – from 150 thousand to 200 thousand rubles, the lawyer said.
He added that Pavel is actively filming and has many new projects.
Agata has fewer offers. In 2024, she had only one project, Khaminsky emphasized.
Therefore, the actress is seeking through the court to increase alimony payments to 1/3 of her ex-husband’s income.
The lawyer noted that the court would satisfy this requirement, but only if the older child remained to live with the mother.
If the son lives with his father in his new family, then the alimony requirements will be reset to zero, the expert concluded.
