The notorious blogger Nastya Ivleeva filed a lawsuit against a furniture company.
After losing the lawsuit, the celebrity decided to go to arbitration.

It is noted that Ivleeva has already lost the previous lawsuit for more than 1 million rubles. However, she was dissatisfied with the court's decision and filed a new lawsuit, which has not yet been accepted for proceedings.
Circumstances of the case
It is specified that the blogger is suing individual entrepreneur Dmitry Larichkin, whom he accuses of disrupting furniture deliveries.
The corresponding contract for the manufacture of furniture based on the customer's sketches was concluded back in December 2022, but was not completed on time. The reason for this was the temporary blocking of the individual entrepreneur's accounts.
Ivleeva demanded that the defendant pay 1 million 79 thousand 586 rubles 41 kopecks, but on February 12 the court ordered that 6,048 rubles be collected.
The blogger was unhappy with this decision, and therefore filed an appeal to the Thirteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which was also subsequently rejected in June of this year.
