TV presenter and fashion historian Alexander Vasiliev has refused to return to Russian TV.
The former host of the show “Fashion Sentence” on Channel One spoke about this topic in an interview with the YouTube channel “Tender Editor”.
Vasiliev was one of the brightest personalities of Russian television. Many viewers loved the fashion historian for his interesting and accurate comments, as well as style advice.
But in 2022, "Fashion Sentence" took a break from broadcasting. Since then, Vasiliev has not appeared on Channel One.
Now the TV presenter has admitted that he does not plan to return to Russian TV.
Moreover, Vasiliev said that he would leave Fashion Sentence even if the show continued to air in 2022.
The fashion historian cited socio-political events in Russia as the reason.
