Diana Arbenina and her group "Night Snipers" were proposed to be "cancelled" in Omsk.
This initiative was put forward by members of the public movement “Council of Atamans of the Cossack People”.
The corresponding publication appeared on the organization’s VKontakte page.
The reason was the artist's political position. The Cossacks believe that Arbenina made it extremely clear whose side she was on.
Because of this, Omsk Cossacks are calling on the authorities to cancel the star’s concert.
In addition, activists demanded that the names of those who invited and provided Arbenina with a concert venue in Omsk be given.
“We demand that the concert be cancelled and that the Omsk residents apologize,” says the activists’ position.
The Cossacks prepared a letter addressed to the regional governor, Vitaly Khotsenko.
In February 2024, Arbenina's concerts were cancelled in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Vladivostok.
She did manage to perform in Khabarovsk. The singer said that the concert in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk was planned two months in advance, but she learned about the cancellation at the last moment.
