Elena Blinovskaya is ready to sell another apartment to pay off her debts to the tax authorities.
This was reported by a RIA Novosti journalist who learned the details from the Moscow Arbitration Court.
It is noted that the court had previously planned to consider the blogger’s application to declare her bankrupt.
However, as a result, the court decided to postpone the consideration of the merits until November, pending a decision by the district court.
As noted by Blinovskaya's human rights activist Ivan Morozov, a petition was filed to lift the arrest on the blogger's real estate. We are talking about a Moscow apartment, the value of which is estimated at 90 million rubles.
According to Morozov, if the property is sold, it will be enough to pay off the celebrity's debts to the state. However, the difficulty is that the property is under arrest, so it cannot be sold.
In turn, the prosecution representatives noted that the charges brought against Blinovskaya include confiscation of property as a punishment.
Consequently, the blogger may not be able to pay off his debts in this way.
