Evgeny Boldin spoke for the first time about the death of his eldest daughter Ekaterina.
The producer was married to Alla Pugacheva for eight years. During this time, the couple never decided to have children. But both raised heirs from previous marriages.
Boldin became a father twice. The producer's eldest daughter was born in 1973. He said that Ekaterina died 6 years ago.
“Katya, unfortunately, fell ill and died six years ago. She was 44 years old,” Boldin shared on the YouTube channel “Na Rublevke.”
Pugacheva's ex-husband added that his late daughter managed to give him five grandchildren.
None of them are connected with show business. Boldin said that all grandchildren have chosen medicine: three are studying, two more are planning to enter.
The producer noted that their father played an important role in raising his grandchildren. Boldin admitted that he was lucky with his son-in-law.
A relative of the musician is the head physician of the hospital on Leninsky Prospekt in Moscow: “It is the only one of its kind in the country.”
