After the death of actor Roman Madyanov, an inheritance case was opened in Moscow.
According to lawyer Denis Koryagin, this means that the relatives and friends of the deceased honored artist have accepted the inheritance.
Actor Madyanov died recently, and his relatives initiated the process of accepting the inheritance, RIA Novosti reports.
An inheritance case was opened in the capital. It was assigned a number.
Koryagin explained that those claiming the inheritance of the deceased must submit an application to a notary within six months from the date of death.
If the heirs fail to accept the inheritance within the time period set for acceptance, they must apply to the court to restore the deadline.
