According to the lawsuit filed by the actor, the car he bought from NEO Cars Bel LLC is the subject of a pledge held by Chongqing Biulu Automobile Technologies Co. LLC. Both companies are listed as defendants in the lawsuit filed by Kharatyan.
Earlier, the media reported that many people fell into the trap of this dealer, who offered premium Chinese electric cars for sale, and Dmitry Kharatyan was no exception.
The actor asks to recognize the vehicle's pledge as invalid. It is specified that these measures are necessary in order to register the car.
The court scheduled the hearing of the claim filed by Kharatyan for October 29.
