Russian actor Roman Madyanov has died.
The artist's death was reported by TV presenter Ekaterina Strizhenova on her Telegram channel.
Madyanov was previously diagnosed with lung cancer.

According to sources, the actor died today, September 25.
Roman Madyanov was born in 1962 in Dedovsk, Moscow region.
In 1984 he graduated from the State Institute of Theatre Arts and played at the Moscow Mayakovsky Theatre.
His film debut took place in 1971 in a cameo in the film Translation from English.
He often appears in films and television series, and took part in the filming of the Yeralash newsreel.
Madyanov became a favorite of the general public for his roles in the films and TV series Leviathan, House Arrest, 12, Poddubny, Penal Battalion, Leviathan, By the Pike's Command, and Soldiers.
