Vladimir Krasheninnikov, who starred in the film “A Stranger Among Strangers, a Stranger Among His Own,” has died.
An actor from the Oryol State Theatre "Free Space" died at the age of 76.
The institution's message on VKontakte said: "Vladimir Krasheninnikov died at the age of 75."
He devoted almost 50 years to the theatre stage, 39 of which the actor played in a theatre troupe.
The theatre emphasized that Krasheninnikov always found an opportunity to share his experience with young talents.
It was a joy for everyone to work with him, the troupe noted.
The Russian actor was born in 1948. After graduating from the Moscow Art Theatre School in 1974, he worked at the Stanislavsky Moscow Drama Theatre.
From 1985 until his last days, Krasheninnikov served in the Free Space Theatre.
The actor also gained fame after his roles in the films "Quiet Flows the Don" and "A Stranger Among Strangers, a Stranger Among His Own."
The cause of Vladimir Krasheninnikov's sudden death has not yet been announced.
