46-year-old model Georgina Cooper died suddenly while on holiday in Greece.

The British woman went to the island of Kos with her husband, whom she recently married.

Georgina arrived in Greece with her husband in October, writes the Daily Mail .

At first, the vacation went according to plan, but on October 21, the celebrity suddenly felt unwell.

Things got to the point where doctors decided to hospitalize her at a local hospital. But the treatment didn't help, and her condition continued to worsen.

In the end, it was decided to transfer her to another Greek island, Crete. Specialists believed that the equipment there was better and the doctors more experienced.

But five days after being in intensive care, the model died. The exact cause of death has not been disclosed. Cooper's body was delivered to England in early November.

It is noted that Georgina suffered from severe COVID-19 during the pandemic.

Cooper began her modeling career at age 13. As a teenager, she appeared in one of Bon Jovi's music videos.

In the 1990s, Georgina built a successful career and became a real star of the industry, collaborating with the best photographers and leading magazines.
