WahtsApp* has announced that its product will receive a new feature with built-in artificial intelligence.
It is emphasized that users of the WahtsApp* application will be able to use voice chat in conjunction with the neural network.
As BBnews magazine writes, a separate chat with AI is already available in the beta version of the program. The function can be used by iPhone owners for now.
Currently, the neural network operates based on the Llama 3.1 language model.
New opportunities
It is also indicated that it is possible to communicate with the neural network both via text messages and using voice recordings.
In addition, users will have the opportunity to choose a voice for the AI.
An upcoming update will allow you to monitor the microphone indicator to keep your recorded messages private.
Voice capabilities for communicating with AI are currently being tested. The release date for the feature has not been announced.
