Scientists from Russia have learned what effect 5G antennas have on the human brain.

Researchers from Tomsk State University (TSU) shared the details.

At the first stages, experts did not detect any negative impact, TASS reports.

But upon closer examination, they found an imbalance in the ratio of antioxidants to prooxidants.

This was discovered in an experiment with rats.

The animals were exposed to a 5G antenna for five weeks, which is equivalent to about four years of human life.

The scientists also used two age groups: 10–11 weeks (40+ in human years) and 17–18 weeks (65+ years).

And during this experiment, unexpected results were obtained.

Antioxidants fight oxidative processes in the body. They protect cells from irreversible destruction.

Prooxidants have the opposite property. They trigger oxidative processes.

During the experiments, scientists found that 5G increases the imbalance in favor of prooxidants.

However, experts stressed that additional research is needed to speak more accurately and in more detail about the harm of 5G.
