Many Russians face a problem when their smartphone suddenly disconnects from the Internet.
There may be several reasons for the problems, and it is possible that the phone is infected with malware.
Roskachestvo experts issued this warning in a conversation with the publication Gazeta.Ru .
Experts reminded that the reasons for unstable communication can be associated with several different factors.
First of all, they recommended checking your mobile phone balance: this often happens due to exceeding the prepaid traffic limit.
Another reason is the presence of malware on the device, since some programs have the ability to block traffic. In this regard, Roskachestvo reminded about the need to install an antivirus and remove suspicious programs.
Among other common causes, experts listed:
- accidental switching of the device to airplane mode;
- support only one SIM card slot in 4G;
- physical damage to the SIM card;
- outdated software version, etc.
