Neuralink-chipped Nolan Arbaugh says device efficiency is improving.
The device's efficiency is increasing, despite the fact that some of the electrodes had previously moved away from his brain.
Nolan Arbo, the first person with an implant from entrepreneur Elon Musk's company, told RIA Novosti about his new capabilities.
He explained that at the beginning of the experiment, a decline in work efficiency was observed.
Later, the implant was adjusted, due to which its stable growth is observed.
Arbo also said that only about 15 percent of the total number of electrodes are currently in use.
However, now its capabilities are much broader than at the beginning of the experiment.
A chip developed by Neuralink could help solve the problem of brain and spinal cord injuries so that paralyzed people can move again.
