In just a few hours, thousands of Russians complained about a software failure from the American company Microsoft.
Analysts from the Brand Analytics company assessed how seriously the situation affected Russia.
According to their data, between 9:00 and 13:00 (Moscow time), users from the Russian Federation left more than 15 thousand public messages on the topic of the Microsoft failure, TASS reports. They caused more than 215 thousand reactions.
Analysts say the problems with American software affected Russia "tangentially." The situation did not lead to serious consequences.
The work of aviation services is cited as an example. They use Russian software, so the failure did not affect them.
Experts note that the situation is being actively discussed in Russia, but they do not attach much importance to it. Everything is perceived as another failure in Microsoft's work.
Users mostly criticize the company (35%). Also, a significant share of the information field is occupied by jokes and irony on this topic (31%).
