The second point is the use of personal data when creating a password. For example, someone indicates their date of birth, name or their children, the expert said.

Sometimes services themselves offer the user a ready-made password. But it is difficult to remember. In addition, cybercriminals have learned to crack such passwords using special programs.

It is better to use "mnemonic passwords". For example, take the phrase "forty yellow monkeys quickly ate a banana". And create some kind of rule based on it. For example, remove every 2nd or 3rd letter of the phrase.

This password will need to be supplemented with numbers and special symbols, the meaning of which will be clear only to the user.
