Not all coffee is good for your health.
Soluble, for example, accelerates the aging of the body. This was discovered by scientists from China.
They shared their findings in a scientific paper for the journal National Library of Medicine .
They conducted a study in which they analyzed data from 468,924 people aged 37–73 years.
Experts have found that coffee beans do not affect aging in any way.
But instant coffee accelerates this process. Scientists explained this effect by various additional ingredients in its composition.
For example, instant coffee contains the mineral lead.
Also, cream and flavorings are added to some varieties of instant coffee, which also ultimately play a negative role, the researchers concluded.
They consider grain coffee to be the least harmful to health.
