The foreign portal Upwork conducted research according to which the introduction of AI tools into the work process leads to employee burnout.

It is emphasized that technology, designed to make life easier for people, on the contrary, complicates it.

Upwork , in particular, writes: “About 71 percent of employees admitted to burnout, and AI does nothing to help deal with this problem.”

About half of respondents (47 percent) reported that they do not know how to increase their own productivity using high technology.

In particular, workers using AI are forced to very diligently check the results of the technology's work.

Many employees added that they have to learn how to use unfamiliar tools, which also makes them quite stressed at work.

The survey involved top managers and full-time employees of various companies, as well as freelancers.
