Recently, the city has been experiencing unfavorable weather with rain and thunderstorms.

It turns out that bad weather can influence the course of mental disorders.

Due to unfavorable weather in summer, the likelihood of exacerbation of mental illnesses increases. The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to art therapist Valeria Kuznetsova.

It is noted that bad weather deprives a person of the opportunity to engage in active sports outdoors. This prevents the release of stress accumulated during the day.

According to Kuznetsova, bad weather can worsen the condition of people with depression and anxiety.
