Zakharova asked the Baltic countries about sanctions against South Korea

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry responded to the situation that has developed in South Korea.

Maria Zakharova suggested that it is time for the Baltic countries to think about introducing sanctions against Seoul.

On December 3, martial law was declared in South Korea.

In her Telegram channel, the diplomat noted that against this backdrop, the entrance to the republic’s parliament building was blocked.

"What have Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia decided on this matter? Will sanctions be imposed on Seoul? Or will South Korea be luckier than Georgia?" the Foreign Ministry representative asked the Baltic countries.
