Donald Trump has named a condition under which he will not challenge the election results and admit defeat.
The politician spoke about this after voting at a polling station in Palm Beach, Florida.
The Republican said he would not challenge the results of fair elections, RIA Novosti reports.
And while Trump says the voting is being conducted fairly, he has no information about any obvious violations or falsifications.
The politician stressed that if everything goes this way and the results are not in his favor, he will accept defeat: “I will be the first to admit it.”
He also expressed confidence that his supporters would also behave in a civilized manner in such a situation and would not start riots or carry out a new assault on the Capitol.
Trump believes that his supporters cannot be called violent people: “There will be no violence.”
