Trump's Washington hotel overcharged Secret Service agents for their stay.
House Democrats said then-President Donald Trump benefited from officials and others who paid for stays at his hotel.
A new report alleges that Donald Trump overcharged Secret Service agents for hotel rooms in Washington, D.C., NBC News reports.
Trump is also alleged to have benefited from foreign and domestic officials who paid inflated rates for rooms at his hotel.
The allegations emerged as part of an investigation into Trump's financial benefits as president.
The report accuses Trump's corporation of inflating the prices of hotel rooms for the Secret Service.
In some cases, the increase in room prices reached 300% of the government-approved daily rate.
The report also noted that in November 2017, the Secret Service paid $600 each for several rooms for Trump's son's agents.
The Trump campaign called the Democrats' report more recycled garbage.
