State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov spoke about the incident with the black cat, which did not cross the road in front of the cars of Vladimir Putin's motorcade.
He explained the animal's behavior by saying that the cat did not want to take on such responsibility.
Milonov expressed his opinion about this in a conversation with NEWS.ru.
He also added that the cat refused to participate in a situation that involved negatively evaluating the behavior of black cats.
Milonov called the cat an honest kitty.
The deputy commented on the incident with the black cat after a video appeared on the Internet in which the black cat did not cross the road in front of the Russian president’s motorcade.
In the video footage from journalist Pavel Zarubin on his Telegram channel, it is clear that the animal tried to cross the road near the motorcade.
The cat ran to the middle of the road, but then turned around when she saw approaching cars with flashing lights.
Milonov stated that the cat did not want to take responsibility.
