The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, emphasized that London is worried about completely the wrong things.
She commented on the statement by former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who expressed concerns about the expansion of BRICS.
In her Telegram channel, Zakharova indicated that London should be concerned about the country’s technological degradation.
This process, as the Foreign Ministry spokesman states, was caused by “liberal decadence.”
The doubling of BRICS is a sign that the world community is tired of the “yoke of neocolonial oppression” and wants to throw it off.
Zakharova emphasized that many countries have a need to defend their own national interests, preserve traditions, and protect themselves from the influence of “Western liberal dictatorship.”
It recently became known that Türkiye, which is a member of NATO and aspires to join the European Union, wanted to join BRICS.
