The State Duma Speaker spoke about US global domination.
According to Vyacheslav Volodin, in the near future the time of hegemony of Washington and Brussels will be left behind.
The politician voiced this point of view on his Telegram channel.
Volodin noted that more and more people are leaning towards an equal dialogue, which neither the US nor the EU can offer.
That is why Serbia, instead of joining the European Union, is considering BRICS as an alternative. This association has already become the largest in economic terms, and it is the future.
The State Duma Speaker emphasized that BRICS will become the guarantee of a multipolar world in the future. As part of this association, people will be able to support their interests, rather than sacrifice them to please Washington and Brussels.
He reminded that no one puts forward absurd demands to BRICS participants for entry and membership in the association, which cannot be said about the European Union. And even more so, the association will not interfere in the sovereign affairs of the countries that are part of it.
