The Russian Foreign Ministry has commented on rumors about secret annexes to the treaty with the DPRK.
Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said that the agreement does not contain any secret clauses.
He stressed that the agreement is open, the conditions are transparent and it will be published, RIA Novosti writes.
Rudenko reminded that the time for secret agreements has passed.
Today the State Duma ratified this agreement. In total, it contains 23 articles, which indefinitely provide for the expansion of cooperation in various areas.
In particular, if one of the countries faces an armed attack, the other side undertakes to provide military assistance.
The agreement between the Russian Federation and the DPRK, as emphasized, is aimed at strengthening the partnership and security of both countries.
