Dmitry Medvedev answered a question that has concerned European politicians.
The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council spoke about the damage that Oreshnik will cause to European capitals.
The politician noted that the combat use of an advanced ballistic missile caused a stir in Europe.
He noted on his Telegram channel that European officials are now trying to assess what damage will be caused if Russia hits the capitals of the Old World with Oreshnik.
“Answer: the damage is unacceptable, it is impossible to shoot down with modern means and we are talking about minutes,” said the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
Medvedev added that Europeans had better not rely on bomb shelters. They will not save them, the politician emphasized.
A member of the Russian Security Council pointed out that Europe will be saved from the “Nut” only if it takes the path of de-escalation.
