The head of the Russian diplomatic mission in the United States believes that Moscow has every right to arm the enemies of the White House, TASS reports.
The diplomat pointed out that the United States has been supplying Russia's opponents with weapons for several years now.
At the same time, Washington is guided by a strange logic. Their decisions are correct and justified, and such initiatives from Moscow are a path to escalation and a deliberate deterioration of Russian-American relations.
Antonov emphasized that the Russian Federation does not share such views and believes that it has the right to decide for itself who to provide its weapons to deter the United States.
He added that the issue of supplying weapons to states considered enemies of the United States has already been raised repeatedly.
