The accreditation of six employees of the British Embassy in the Russian Federation has been terminated for their intelligence and subversive work.
The Russian FSB stated that it had received documents indicating that London was coordinating the escalation of the international military-political situation.
The statement from the FSB Public Relations Center, as reported by RIA Novosti , states that the main coordinator of subversive policy in the Russian direction is the Directorate of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the British Foreign Office.
After February 2022, the structure was transformed into a special service whose task is to inflict a strategic defeat on the Russian Federation.
The report also emphasizes that the activities of British diplomats in Moscow could threaten Russia's security.
In connection with this, the Russian Foreign Ministry terminated the accreditation of six employees of the political department of the British Embassy in Moscow.
Their activities, it is emphasized, show signs of reconnaissance and subversive work.
If similar activity is detected among employees of the British diplomatic mission, their business trips to the Russian Federation will be terminated early.
