Russia faces difficulties within the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation.
According to the acting head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna, Yulia Zhdanova, Moscow received five refusals to invite high-ranking speakers.
Since the winter of this year, the Russian Federation has received five refusals to submit its position to the FSB, RIA Novosti writes.
We received five arrogant refusals from the presiding countries of Cyprus and Croatia, Zhdanova noted.
She also stressed that the situation at the FSB was extremely unstable.
The confrontational line of the presiding countries infringed on the interests of the Russian Federation.
Russian students were denied access to the sessions as listeners, Zhdanova added.
The diplomat concluded that normal work is impossible under conditions where Russia’s interests are being infringed upon.
The OSCE Ministerial Council meeting is expected to take place in Valletta, Malta on December 5-6.
