T-shirts featuring Vladimir Putin, the Oreshnik missile and Joe Biden sold like hot cakes.
The spontaneously created merch became a sales hit and was sold out on the very first day.
The author of the merch spoke about this in a conversation with aif.ru.
The entrepreneur reported that there was a huge demand for the product.
We had to suspend sales because production could not cope with the high load.
The businessman shared that such merchandise is not something unique to Russia.
“We thought it was appropriate to help people lift their spirits during these difficult times,” the entrepreneur said.
Less than a day after Putin announced the successful test of a new ballistic missile, T-shirts went on sale featuring the Russian president, rather than a launched missile and a stunned American leader, Joe Biden, in the background.
The authors decided to play on the title of the cult film Die Hard with Bruce Willis and signed the merch with the phrase "Die Hard".
For reference
"Oreshnik" is a new Russian missile system and the hypersonic payload of a medium-range ballistic missile of the same name.
