Medvedev wished the current American leader good health.
In his official Telegram channel, the Russian politician wrote: "We wish Biden good health. The goals of the Russian special operation will be achieved."
The head of the White House announced his unwillingness to continue participating in the election process last Sunday.

Joe Biden also expressed support for the candidacy of his vice president, Kamala Harris.
Former US President Donald Trump, who recently survived an assassination attempt, also spoke on this matter.
As Trump has indicated, it will be much easier for him to beat Harris in the presidential race.
