Dmitry Medvedev threatened Germany after an article about Leopard tanks on Russian territory.

The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation responded to the publication of German media on his social network page.

The politician noted that a major German newspaper published a “revanchist article” about the return of German tanks to Russian soil after 80 years.

In their publication, the authors note with a degree of pride the uniqueness of German armored vehicles.

Medvedev said that Moscow would do everything in response to ensure that the newest Russian tanks were on Republic Square (the square in Berlin in front of the Reichstag).

Germany's top officials are in no hurry to confirm the fact that their weapons were used against Russia.

The position of official Berlin is as follows: after the transfer of weapons, the FRG ceases to own them and is not responsible for their use.
